Why wasn’t a certain file scanned?
During scanning, in preview mode, and after CaseScan finished scanning, you can find a list of files which could not be scanned. Along with the list of errors, you can see the file name, its path, and the reason why it wasn’t scanned.
Should I leave my PC on and running during a CaseScan scanning operation?
Yes. Your PC must be ON the entire time. If you are using a laptop, it must remain plugged into an outlet due to the GPU settings of the manufacturer. It is recommended to shut off “Sleep Mode” while scanning.
Can I stop the scanning once it has begun?
Yes. You can click the Stop Scan button to stop the scanning process. Please note that scanning cannot be resumed from where you left off. If you want to restart the scan after stopping it, you will need to run the the scanning process from the ...
