Why wasn’t a certain file scanned?
During scanning, in preview mode, and after CaseScan finished scanning, you can find a list
of files which could not be scanned. Along with the list of errors, you can see the file name,
its path, and the reason why it wasn’t scanned.

Yes. A case will be created containing the files which were scanned up until the notification appeared; however, you will need to create a new case if you want CaseScan to scan all files
