User Permissions Guide

Admin Role

  • Responsibilities:
    • Create, edit, and delete users (manage usernames and passwords).
    • Access and configure all system settings.
  • Permissions:
    • Full access to all cases and users.
    • Ability to assign roles and permissions to other users.

SubAdmin Role

  • Responsibilities:
    • Create, edit, and delete cases for specific users.
    • Associate cases with specific users.
    • View and manage cases assigned to their scope.
  • Permissions:
    • Limited to managing users and cases within their assigned scope.
    • Cannot edit or delete other SubAdmins or Admins.

User Role

  • Responsibilities:
    • View only their associated cases.
